Atunci cand incercati trimiterea/receptionarea emailurilor primiti unul dintre urmatoarele mesaje:
- The server could not be found. (Account:account name, POPserver:'mail', Error Number: 0x800ccc0d)
- Task 'server name - Sending and Receiving' reported error (0x800ccc0f): 'The connection to the server was interrupted. If this problem continues, contact your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP). The server responded: ? K'
- Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection. Possible causes for this include server problems, network problems, or a long period of inactivity. Account. account name, Server: 'server name', Protocol: POP3, Server Response: '+OK', Port: 110, Secure(SSL): N0, Error Number: 0x800ccc0f
Cauza
Eroarea apare atunci cand Outlook sau Outlook Express nu pot stabili o conexiune cu serverul de email.
Solutie
- Verificati setarile firewall-ului dvs. Urmatoarele fisiere trebuie aiba acces la Internet:
Outlook Express: Msimn.exe
Outlook: Outlook.exe - Clientul dvs. de email trebuie sa aiba acces pe porturile 25 si 110
- In cazul in care utilizati Norton Antivirus, accesati situl Symantec pentru sugestii legate de configurarea antivirusului. Pentru mai multe detalii accesati http://service1.symantec.com/SUPPORT/nav.nsf/docid/2001082921552806
- In cazul in care utilizati un alt antivirus, incercati dezactivarea temporara a acestuia. Puteti incerca si marirea limitei de timeout pentru Outlook (Tools >> Accounts >> Properties >> Advanced). Daca problema persista accesati sistemul Webmail ( http://www.domeniuldvs.ro/ webmail) si stergeti emailul/emailurile cu atasamente de dimensiuni mari.
