The "Unroutable address / Unroutable mail domain" error can have several causes:
- an email address of the wrong recipient typed (for example, ion.popscu@domeni.ro instead of ion.popescu@domeniu.ro)
- exceeding the hourly email limit that can be sent. In this situation, please wait for an hour and then try again.
- the email server can not determine the correct route for sending the email due to a DNS problem within the recipient domain. In this situation, we recommend that you contact the recipient by alternative means to remedy the problem.
