To improve the delivery of mail so the chances of messages being delivered to the Spam Box are minimal, different procedures should be followed according to the provider.
1. Activate DMARC and DKIM / SPF from cPanel
These settings are recommended by leading email providers so the chances of messages being filtered are minimal.
- cPane l> Authentication - Enable DKIM and SPF for your account
- cPanel > Zone Editor > (choose domain) Manage > + Add DMARC Record - enable DMARC registration in the DNS area by clicking the Add record button.
2. Follow the email service provider's recommendations so that message delivery is predictable.

3. Recipients should use the Not Spam option when messages are erroneously filtered and / or add the sender's address to contacts.
